Rental FAQ
Baton Rouge Shower and Restroom Trailer Rental FAQ: Straight Answers Before You Call
These are the questions customers ask before they rent a shower and restroom trailer, answered directly. If your question is not here, call or send a rental brief and we will answer it for your site. Crews also have to sleep, eat and wash up, so Life Support Service around a remote basecamp can add bunk bed sleeper trailers, a mobile commercial kitchen, dishwashing trailers, laundry trailers, standalone shower trailers, restroom trailers and, when a commercial walk-in freezer breaks down, emergency refrigeration, all planned around the shower and restroom combination trailer. Emergency requests and planned projects both fit: sudden facility closures, renovations, construction phases and remote work. Trailers for rent can be short-term for an outage or long-term for a multi-month build. Customers are commercial and industrial: construction contractors, industrial operators, government agencies, emergency response teams and institutions. Delivery coordination covers where the trailer goes, who connects water and power, and when it arrives. Houston, Lake Charles and Tampa projects share one habit: they plan facilities before the crew arrives. Tell us about your project and we will respond with availability and a quote.
01
Choosing equipment
Should I rent a combination trailer or separate shower and restroom trailers?
A combination trailer puts a toilet and a shower in every stall, which suits a camp because one unit covers both. Separate units help when a site already has one of the two and needs more of the other.
Which size fits a crew of 50?
It depends on shifts. A 22 or 30 ft unit is a common starting point for crews of that size, and some sites run two. Send your pattern and we size it.
Do the stalls have individual doors or locks?
The inventory describes individual stalls. Door and lock details are not confirmed for every unit, so ask what applies to the unit assigned to your rental.
Can I add laundry, sleepers or a kitchen later?
Yes. Camps usually grow in phases, and we plan the first phase with room for the next.
02
Utilities and setup
How much power does a combination trailer need?
The 13, 22 and 30 ft combination trailers are listed for 120v/240v at 200 amps each. Add up every unit on site before choosing a generator or a utility feed.
How do trailers get water?
From a hydrant or building supply where one exists, or from temporary water storage where it does not. Hot water comes from the trailer's water heater.
How is wastewater handled?
Through a sewer connection, or a holding tank with a pump-out schedule, or a temporary bladder bag system. The right option depends on the site and local rules.
What happens if my site has no power?
A generator trailer sized to the combined load can supply it. Tell us what units you plan and we help size the generator.
03
Terms, pricing and delivery
What rental periods do you offer?
One week or monthly, short-term or long-term.
What do the prices on this site mean?
They are monthly starting prices from our supplied price sheet. Delivery, setup, pump-out, tax, deposit and minimum term are not included, and every written quote states what is.
When will the trailer arrive?
Delivery timing is confirmed for your location at quote. It depends on location, equipment and conditions.
Is GPS tracking available?
GPS tracking is available on request.
Is a quote a reservation?
No. A quote lists availability and terms; equipment is reserved when the rental is confirmed in writing.
04
Emergencies
Can you help after a storm or a closure?
Emergency rental help is available 24/7. Call and describe the site, the headcount and what you need.
What if a walk-in cooler or freezer fails?
Treat it as an emergency refrigeration request. Call, say what failed and how much cold storage you need, and we confirm what is available.
In practice
Where crews put this to use
Tampa placement planning includes tie-down for storm season and night ramp closures near the interchange. Lake Charles sites near the river need firm ground and drainage planned before a trailer arrives. Downtown Baton Rouge sites mean tight lots and public approvals, so placement comes first.
Tight lots in San Antonio can rule out a 30 ft trailer, so placement is checked before delivery. Midland pads rarely have sewer, so we plan the pump-out schedule together with the water and power.
