How Quotes Build on the Starting Prices
Shower and restroom trailer leasing is quoted per project on top of a starting price. A 13 ft unit with three stalls and a 30 ft unit with eight are different pieces of equipment, and a one-week outage is a different rental from a six-month camp. Beyond the unit and the term, delivery distance, site access, setup and wastewater handling all change the figure. A Houston yard with a sewer connection and a Midland pad that needs a holding tank are priced differently, and so are a Tampa lot and a Lake Charles recovery site.
The starting prices in the table above come from our supplied price sheet. They do not include delivery, collection, setup, wastewater pump-out, tax, deposit or a minimum term, so every quote states what is included and excluded in writing.

Where do the prices on this page come from?
They are monthly starting prices taken from our supplied rental price sheet. Delivery, setup and the other site costs are added in your written quote, which also confirms the rate that applies.
What makes one quote higher than another?
Unit size, weekly or monthly term, delivery distance and access, setup including any ramp, wastewater handling, and any added equipment such as a generator or water storage.
Is a long-term lease cheaper per month?
Terms are quoted per project. Ask for weekly and monthly options side by side and we will show both.
What does a quote include?
The unit, the term, delivery and setup, and anything excluded. We list exclusions so there are no surprises.
Specifications come from the equipment records for each unit type. Individual-door, locking-stall and accessibility features are not confirmed for every unit, so we state them only when confirmed for the unit assigned to your rental. Availability, delivery timing and exact configuration are confirmed in your written quote.
In practice
Where crews put this to use
Houston crews finishing a shift together are why peak demand, not total headcount, sets the number of stalls. San Antonio contractors rotate crews in waves, so we size the stalls to the shift change. Large Midland crews finish shifts together, which is why bigger stall counts matter on the pads.
Tampa lots are tight, so a 13 or 22 ft unit often fits where a 30 ft trailer cannot. Lake Charles crews often finish together at industrial shift change, so stall count follows the shift.
