Tampa, Florida Remote Workforce Shower and Restroom Combination Trailers for Rent
Florida work follows the hurricane calendar, and shower and restroom combination trailers for rent let recovery crews, contractors and remote workforce camps wash and use restrooms on site. Individual stalls with hot and cold water arrive ready to connect to a yard, a lot or a closed facility, whether the call is an emergency after a storm or a planned build. Rent by the week or lease by the month, with delivery and setup coordinated for your address. Contractors, public agencies and commercial operators rent as commercial customers. City guides for Tampa, Jacksonville and Miami follow, and any other Florida address can request a quote. Think of Life Support Service as the full list of what keeps a crew working on site: shower and restroom combination trailers, standalone shower trailers, restroom trailers, laundry trailers, bunk bed sleeper trailers, remote basecamp and workforce housing, a mobile commercial kitchen, a dishwashing trailer, and emergency refrigeration if a commercial cooler or freezer quits. Call or send a rental brief to check availability and request a quote.

What to Know About Renting in Florida
Hurricane Ian, 2022
FEMA declared Hurricane Ian (DR-4673) on September 29, 2022 with 69 designated areas, including Lee, Collier, Hillsborough and Duval counties.
Helene and Milton, 2024
Hurricane Helene (DR-4828, declared September 28, 2024) designated 47 areas, among them Pinellas, Leon, Escambia and Lee counties; Milton (DR-4834) followed on October 11, 2024.
Hurricane Milton, October 2024
FEMA declared Hurricane Milton (DR-4834) on October 11, 2024, for an incident period running from October 5 to November 2, 2024. Hillsborough County, home to Tampa, is among the designated counties, which makes Tampa Bay the Florida city to read first.
State logistics in Orlando
Florida's Unified Logistics Plan places the State Logistics Response Center in Orlando and the State Emergency Operations Center in Tallahassee.
Long coast, long drives
From the Panhandle to the Keys, delivery distances vary a great deal. We confirm timing for each address instead of publishing one number.
Local context
Florida: Five Local Facts That Shape a Rental
Five things that shape a rental in this place, each with its public source. Planning scenarios are labeled as scenarios, never as past jobs.
- 01
Past emergencies: Ian, Helene and Milton
FEMA's data lists Hurricane Ian (DR-4673), Hurricane Helene (DR-4828) and Hurricane Milton (DR-4834) as separate major disaster declarations for Florida within a little more than two years. Ian designated 69 areas; Helene designated 47. Counties on both lists include Lee, Escambia, Leon and Duval.
Repeated storms mean repeated closures. A shower and restroom trailer is a scenario for keeping repair crews supplied while a building is out of service. We make no claim to have served these events.

Major construction: where we have detail
Our first Florida city page covers Tampa, where FDOT's Downtown Tampa Interchange is a $227.5 million project expected to finish in spring 2027. Statewide, FDOT publishes project pages by district; check the relevant district for the road you will use.

- 03
Major renovation: public projects that stay in service
Hillsborough County's $8.6 million Cross Creek Park project reopened on June 29, 2026, with a new recreation building and renovated courts. Public renovations like this keep part of a site open while another is rebuilt, which is where temporary restrooms and showers help the contractors.
Sources (checked 2026-10-29): Hillsborough County: Cross Creek Park (Jun 26, 2026)

- 04
Emergency equipment access: Orlando and Tallahassee
The Florida Division of Emergency Management's plan names the State Logistics Response Center in Orlando and the State Emergency Operations Center in Tallahassee, with staging areas throughout the state. Tallahassee is in the Panhandle, northwest of Orlando. The plan we reviewed does not publish road-by-road routes, so we do not.
Florida 511 shows live closures. We plan delivery with you using current conditions.

Local rental costs across Florida
Price depends on unit size, term (weekly or monthly), delivery distance, setup and wastewater handling. Starting prices are in the recommended rentals section of this page. A quote is written for your address and says what is included. Delivery time is confirmed per location.

Planning
Planning for the Florida coast
Most Florida work sits within reach of a coast, which means wind, water and evacuation are part of the plan. We talk through tie-down and storm planning when the site is near Tampa, Fort Myers or Pensacola. Inland sites around Orlando and Tallahassee have fewer coastal worries but the same utility questions.
For a multi-county contract, such as restoration after a storm, we plan units in sets so crews get the same configuration in each place. Jacksonville and Miami are the long-haul ends of the state, so tell us the counties early and we sequence deliveries.
