Tampa Shower and Restroom Trailers for Rent for Remote Crews and Storm Recovery Camps

Tampa Bay work follows the storm season and a long list of road and civic projects. Shower and restroom trailers for rent in Tampa give recovery teams, interchange crews and renovation contractors individual stalls with hot and cold water, delivered to a lot, a yard or a closed facility after an emergency or ahead of a planned phase. Rent for a week or lease by the month. Contractors, public agencies, hospitality and healthcare operators rent as commercial customers, and we coordinate delivery and setup around site access and ramp closures with your contact. Crews near Jacksonville or Miami can request a quote the same way. When a project grows into a camp, Life Support Service grows with it: bunk bed sleeper trailers and remote workforce housing for rest, laundry trailers for work clothes, shower and restroom combination trailers, standalone shower trailers and restroom trailers for hygiene, a mobile commercial kitchen with commercial dishwashing for meals, and emergency refrigeration when a walk-in cooler or freezer is lost. Tell us about your project and we will respond with availability and a quote.

Local context

Tampa: Five Local Facts That Shape a Rental

Five things that shape a rental in this place, each with its public source. Planning scenarios are labeled as scenarios, never as past jobs.

  1. 01

Past emergencies: Ian, Idalia, Helene and Milton

FEMA's declaration records list Hillsborough County for Hurricane Ian (DR-4673, declared September 29, 2022), Hurricane Idalia (DR-4734, declared August 31, 2023), Hurricane Helene (DR-4828, declared September 28, 2024) and Hurricane Milton (DR-4834, declared October 11, 2024, incident period October 5 to November 2, 2024).

Back-to-back storms mean facilities in the area can close more than once. After each one, repair and restoration crews need somewhere to wash and use a restroom while buildings are dried out, repaired or inspected. A shower and restroom combination trailer is one way to provide that on a closed site. This is a scenario, not a past job: we make no claim to have served any of these events.

  2. 02

Major construction: the Downtown Tampa Interchange

FDOT District Seven's Downtown Tampa Interchange project, where I-275 meets I-4, adds new and widened ramps, a new bridge from southbound I-275 to eastbound I-4, an added northbound merge lane and a relocated Ybor City exit. The listed cost is $227.5 million, the contractor is The Lane Construction Corporation, construction began in fall 2023, and FDOT says it is expected to finish in spring 2027. The project page reports nightly ramp closures for work.

Interchange crews work at night and in tight spaces. A trailer at a staging lot near the project keeps showers and restrooms close to where the work is, without leaving the right-of-way. Plan deliveries around the ramp closures FDOT posts.

  3. 03

Major renovation: Cross Creek Park in New Tampa

Hillsborough County announced on June 26, 2026 that Cross Creek Park, at 19019 Basset Creek Dr. in New Tampa, would reopen on June 29 after an $8.6 million project: a new 16,000-square-foot recreation building with a gym, fitness room and classrooms, a new playground, parking, a pavilion, renovated basketball courts and a walking trail on a nearly 15-acre site.

Park and civic renovations like this keep part of a site open while another is rebuilt. Trailers on the lot give contractors and staff restrooms and washing space without opening up the building under construction.

  4. 04

Emergency equipment access: Orlando logistics, Tallahassee operations

Florida's Unified Logistics Plan places the State Logistics Response Center in Orlando and the State Emergency Operations Center in Tallahassee, alongside staging areas throughout the state. Those are the published endpoints: Orlando is the state's logistics site, and Tallahassee, in the Panhandle to the northwest, is its operations center. The plan names no Tampa staging area, so we do not publish one.

Florida 511 shows closures and incidents on Tampa Bay roads. We plan our own delivery route with you using current conditions, separate from public emergency operations.

Local rental costs: what shapes a Tampa quote

Monthly starting prices for Tampa are in the recommended rentals section of this page. A quote reflects unit size, weekly or monthly term, delivery to your address, setup and wastewater handling, and states what is included. Delivery timing is confirmed for the location at quote.

Where it goes

Placing a trailer around Tampa Bay

Downtown lots are tight, so a 13 or 22 ft combination trailer often works better than a 30 ft unit. Brandon and Plant City sites tend to have more room. Across the bay in Clearwater and St. Petersburg, hurricane-season placement planning matters, and Bradenton and Lakeland are common choices for staging south and east of the bay.

Storm season and placement

Tampa Bay placement planning is partly a weather question. Trailers near the water in Clearwater or St. Petersburg need tie-down and a plan for when a storm approaches, and inland sites in Bradenton or Lakeland may have different power and drainage.

Downtown, the problem is space and access: the night ramp closures near the interchange change when a truck can arrive, and a tight lot can rule out a 30 ft unit. Brandon and Plant City have room but not always utilities. We confirm all of this when you send the address.

FAQ

Tampa rental questions

Can you deliver to downtown Tampa?

Can I lease through hurricane season?

Yes. Monthly leases fit long projects. Placement and tie-down planning for storms is worth discussing when you call.

Do you serve Pinellas and Polk counties too?

Yes. We rent to commercial and industrial customers around Tampa Bay, including Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Lakeland.

Does the night ramp work near the interchange affect delivery?

It can. FDOT posts closures, and we plan arrival times around them with your site contact.
