Lake Charles and Baton Rouge, Louisiana Shower and Restroom Trailer Rentals for Remote Man Camps and Recovery Crews

Louisiana crews rebuild after hurricanes and floods and work on large bridge and highway projects, and shower and restroom trailer rentals let them wash and use restrooms on site. Combination trailers with individual stalls and hot and cold water arrive ready to connect to a yard or a closed facility, for an emergency or a planned phase. Weekly rentals and monthly leasing fit different jobs. Industrial, public and construction customers rent as commercial customers, and we coordinate delivery and setup for your address. City guides for Lake Charles, Baton Rouge and New Orleans follow, and any other Louisiana address can request a quote. Beyond the shower and restroom combination trailer, Life Support Service means whatever else a basecamp needs on day one: bunk bed sleeper trailers, standalone shower trailers, restroom trailers, laundry trailers, a mobile commercial kitchen, commercial dishwashing trailers, remote man camp or workforce housing layouts, and emergency refrigeration if a walk-in cooler or freezer is lost. Tell us about your project and we will respond with availability and a quote.

Local context

Louisiana: Five Local Facts That Shape a Rental

Five things that shape a rental in this place, each with its public source. Planning scenarios are labeled as scenarios, never as past jobs.

  1. 01

Past emergencies: Laura, Ida and Francine

FEMA's records list Hurricane Laura (DR-4559) and Hurricane Ida (DR-4611) as declarations designating all 64 Louisiana parishes, followed by Hurricane Francine (DR-4817) in September 2024. Years of repeat events mean long recovery seasons and large numbers of repair crews.

A combination trailer on a closed site is a planning scenario for keeping those crews supplied. We make no claim to have served these events.

Sources (checked 2026-10-29): FEMA DR-4559: Hurricane Laura; FEMA DR-4611: Hurricane Ida; FEMA DR-4817: Hurricane Francine

  2. 02

Major construction: the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge

Plenary Americas and Louisiana DOTD reported financial close at $2.3 billion for the new I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge public-private partnership in August 2024, and KPLC reported on July 30, 2026 that construction was under way on the north side. The Lake Charles page has the detail.

Sources (checked 2026-10-29): Plenary Americas: Financial close achieved on new Calcasieu River Bridge project (Aug 15, 2024); KPLC: Calcasieu River Bridge (Jul 30, 2026)

  3. 03

Major renovation: the State Capitol and a downtown courthouse district

WBRZ reported in March 2026 that the Capitol renovation and waterproofing project in Baton Rouge is estimated at $113 million, with its largest phase about 5 percent complete. In Lake Charles, a roughly $51 million judicial complex would consolidate courts and restore the old courthouse's appearance.

Sources (checked 2026-10-29): WBRZ: Capitol waterproofing underway (Mar 23, 2026); KPLC: judicial complex (Apr 11, 2025)

  4. 04

Emergency equipment access: what we could and could not source

We did not find a published statewide staging-area-to-hub route we could verify, so we publish none. Louisiana 511 shows live closures, which change delivery routes more than any plan does. We agree the route with your site contact on the day.

Quick facts

Why Louisiana Rentals Are Planned Differently

Hurricane Laura, 2020

FEMA declared Hurricane Laura (DR-4559) on August 28, 2020, designating all 64 Louisiana parishes.

Hurricane Ida, 2021

Hurricane Ida (DR-4611, declared August 29, 2021) also designated all 64 parishes.

Hurricane Francine, 2024

Francine (DR-4817) was declared on September 16, 2024; Orleans and East Baton Rouge parishes are among those designated.

Hurricanes Delta and Zeta, 2020

Hurricane Delta (DR-4570, declared October 16, 2020) designated Orleans, East Baton Rouge and Calcasieu parishes among others, and Hurricane Zeta (DR-4577, declared January 12, 2021) followed. Southwest Louisiana absorbed Laura, Delta and Zeta within about two months.

The 2016 floods

The severe storms and flooding of August 2016 (DR-4277, declared August 14, 2016) designated East Baton Rouge Parish. Flood recovery is a long job: repair crews stay on closed sites for months, which is when temporary washing and restroom facilities matter most.

Bridge and Capitol projects

The I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles is a roughly $2.3 billion public-private partnership, and the State Capitol renovation in Baton Rouge is estimated at $113 million.

Planning

Planning for the Gulf South

Louisiana sites are often low, wet and close to water, which changes how a trailer is placed. Firm ground, drainage and access in wet weather matter as much as utilities. New Orleans and Lafayette sites tend to have utilities; rural parishes may not.

Shreveport, Monroe and Alexandria sit away from the coast and have different delivery routes than Lake Charles and Baton Rouge. For storm recovery work, plan the trailers as a set: showers, laundry and sleepers, with a generator and water storage when utilities are down.
