Houston, San Antonio and Midland, Texas Shower and Restroom Trailer Rentals for Remote Man Camps and Workforce Housing

Texas projects run from hurricane recovery on the Gulf Coast to man camps in the Permian Basin, and shower and restroom trailer rentals fit both ends of the map. Combination trailers with three, six or eight individual stalls give crews hot and cold water where permanent facilities are closed, far away or not built yet, for an emergency or a planned project. Rent by the week or lease by the month. Contractors, energy operators and public agencies rent as commercial customers, and we coordinate delivery and setup for your address. City guides for Houston, San Antonio and Midland follow, and any other Texas address can request a quote. Our Life Support Service ties a remote camp together: shower and restroom combination trailers at the center, with standalone shower trailers, restroom trailers, laundry trailers, bunk bed sleeper trailers, remote man camp and workforce housing layouts, mobile commercial kitchens, commercial dishwashing trailers, and emergency refrigeration when a walk-in cooler or freezer fails. Call or send a rental brief to check availability and request a quote.

What stands out

Texas at a Glance

Two statewide emergencies in four years

FEMA's records show Hurricane Harvey (DR-4332, declared August 25, 2017) designating 53 Texas counties and the February 2021 winter storms (DR-4586, declared February 19, 2021) designating all 254. Different events, same need: crews with nowhere to clean up.

Hurricane Beryl, July 2024

FEMA declared Beryl (DR-4798) on July 9, 2024, with Harris County among the designated counties. Houston is the largest city where that scenario plays out.

Three live highway and interchange projects

TxDOT is building I-45 in Houston, I-35 NEX Central in San Antonio and the City of Midland is tracking the Loop 250 and Todd Drive interchange. Each draws long-running crews.

Two markets, one state

Gulf Coast sites near Houston and Galveston have sewer, roads and suppliers; Permian Basin sites near Midland and Odessa are remote and lean on holding tanks and generators. We plan each differently.

Local context

Texas: Five Local Facts That Shape a Rental

Five things that shape a rental in this place, each with its public source. Planning scenarios are labeled as scenarios, never as past jobs.

  1. 01

Past emergencies: Harvey, Beryl and the 2021 winter storms

FEMA's declaration data lists Hurricane Harvey (DR-4332) for 53 counties, among them Harris, Galveston, Nueces and Jefferson; Hurricane Beryl (DR-4798) in July 2024; and the February 2021 severe winter storms (DR-4586), which designated all 254 Texas counties. Each is a case where facilities failed or closed and crews needed temporary hygiene.

We describe our role as scenario planning: shower and restroom trailers, laundry and sleepers can stand up a recovery base. We do not claim to have served any of these events.

  2. 02

Major construction: three corridors, three markets

In Houston, TxDOT's North Houston Highway Improvement Project is a roughly 18-year program with Segment 3B-2 targeting 2030. In San Antonio, I-35 NEX Central is a $1.5 billion design-build project expected to finish in late 2027. In Midland, the Loop 250 and Todd Drive interchange is under construction per the City of Midland's July 20, 2026 update.

Each one keeps contractor crews at staging yards for months. City pages for Houston, San Antonio and Midland give the detail.

Sources (checked 2026-10-29): TxDOT: I-45 construction begins in Houston; TxDOT: I-35 NEX Central; City of Midland: Loop 250 / Todd Drive update

  3. 03

Major renovation: schools, stadiums and the Astrodome question

Midland ISD's San Jacinto Junior High renovation is registered at $15.5 million. San Antonio's Alamodome received contracts above $29 million in 2023. Harris County's Astrodome remains under study, with 2025 estimates of about $752 million to renovate or about $55 million to demolish and no timeline for a decision.

Renovation projects share their sites with working buildings, which is where temporary restrooms and showers help.

Sources (checked 2026-10-29): TDLR TABS: San Jacinto Junior High Renovations; TPR: Alamodome upgrades (2023); ABC13: Astrodome estimates (Dec 22, 2025)

  4. 04

Emergency equipment access: published staging and current road tools

The Texas Governor's office reported a resource staging area at NRG Park in Houston during Hurricane Beryl on July 15, 2024, with the Texas Division of Emergency Management chief present. No published statewide route connects staging areas to emergency hubs in the sources we reviewed, so we publish none.

DriveTexas reports closures statewide. We plan delivery routes with you on the day and keep our deliveries separate from public emergency operations.

  5. 05

    Local rental costs across Texas

Quotes depend on unit size, weekly or monthly term, delivery distance, setup and wastewater handling, so a Houston yard and a Permian Basin pad price differently. Starting prices are in the recommended rentals section of this page. Delivery timing is confirmed for your address at quote.

Planning

Planning across a very large state

Texas is large enough that two projects in the same state can have nothing in common. A Gulf Coast yard in Houston or Galveston usually has roads, suppliers and sewer within reach; a Permian Basin pad outside Midland or Odessa may not. A San Antonio corridor job sits between those cases.

We ask the same questions for each: power, water, wastewater, access and term. Then we plan the delivery for the address you give us. Beaumont and Corpus Christi projects are Gulf Coast cases like Houston, and El Paso projects look more like West Texas.
